This shipping policy applies for deliveries/ collection of goods and services to Customers within the UK

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you
know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Goods shall only be handed out to the Customer or to a person authorised by the Customer.
Proof of identity will be required when collecting items from us (passport, a photo driving license, a debit/credit card, or a recent utility bill) of both the Customer and the person to which the goods are handed out.

On Receipt we will produce a proof of delivery document that shows date and time of the collection, the goods handed out, prices, printed name of the Customer and, as the case might be, printed name and telephone number of an authorised person and signature of the person to which the goods are handed out.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using either Royal Mail, Evri or DPD Next day services

The goods shall be sent with track and trace, with the possibility to track the goods online, The tracking number will be available on dispatch of the items

A Flat rate shipping fee of £3.00 applies to orders under £15.00 in Value or £6.95 for  orders over £15.00 to UK addresses.

For Paddles we have a Surcharge of £20 these will be sent by 24 hour courier

For kayaks we have a surcharge for delivery of £80 these will be sent by courier 

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
